Tapwow ("us", "we", or "our") operates the www.tapwow.net website and mobile application (jointly referred to as the "Service").

Children Under the Age of 13
We follow certain procedures to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), which is a U.S. law that helps protect children on the internet.
For experiences, contests, sweepstakes or promotions offered through our platform/services that are directed to children under 13 or where we have actual knowledge that a user is under 13, we may collect the child’s first name, initial of last name, and email address ("child’s information") to enter the child in the experience, contest, sweepstake or promotion, store such child’s information for the duration of the experience, contest, sweepstake or promotion, and use it to notify the child if they are the winner. For certain experiences, contests, sweepstakes or promotions, we may ask for the email address of the child’s parent or guardian to inform the parent or guardian of their child’s entry and give the parent or guardian the option to have the child’s entry deleted.
Some experiences, contests, sweepstakes or promotions may offer interactive features such as message boards, comment boxes or chat rooms. For experiences, contests, sweepstakes or promotions offered through our platform/services that are directed to children under 13 or where we have actual knowledge that a user is under 13, either we will obtain the consent of the child's parent/guardian before allowing the child to use these interactive features and services or use reasonable technical measures to delete all or virtually all personal information from a child's postings before they are made public and delete such information from our records. We use the information collected through interactive features and services to enable you to participate in such features and services.
Usage Data
We may also collect information that your browser sends when you visit our Service on your device ("Usage Data"), including computer, table or mobile device. Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (IP address) which may tell us your general location such as city, state, zip code and country, browser type, language, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When you access our Service with a mobile device, the Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device, your mobile device unique ID, your mobile network info including phone numbers, the IP address of your mobile device, your MAC address, Identifier for Advertising (IDFA) and/or International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), your mobile operating system, the type of mobile internet browser you use, your service provider, preferred user language and your page views (referring and exit pages, URLS, number of clicks on a page or feature, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, amount of time spent on particular pages) and game state and the date and time of activity on our websites or games.
